Our Objective

Our objective here at Aria Capital is to maximize the use of funds by investing in a diverse portfolio primarily consisting of first and second mortgages. Additionally, our desired filter will be mortgages that are relatively short-term (1-year or less). Further, our objective is to substantially minimize risk by ensuring that our mortgages are secured by all types of residential, multi-residential, and commercial real properties located in the Toronto and Greater Toronto areas. Without compromising the integrity of the high quality of our portfolio, we are able to charge higher rates by offering customers and borrowers lending options where otherwise none would exist. In dealing with private lending, our loans are not our loans are not subject to the strict regulations and requirements of conventional bank loans, opening the door for cost savings and allowing us to charge a premium rate in exchange for this advantage. Nevertheless, we strive to remain within conservative risk parameters, but in doing so, creatively construct flexible loan options for customers and providing excellent customer service, to maximize income and dividends through efficient management of mortgage investments.
